Our House

Haus Hochwaldhöhe is situated at a height of 500 m in Morbach-Hinzerath (in the heart of the Hunsrück) at the foot of the Idarwald. Our B&B is a perfect place for hiking, cycling tours and other activities.

All 8 rooms (6 double bedroom, 1 threebedded room,
1 single room; totally 16 beds) All rooms have been nicely decorated. All rooms are ensuite and with balcony.

You are always free to use our breakfastroom (with soccer game) and the lounge (with SAT-TV) and board games.

Besides we have a huge rest-cure meadow and terrace for the beautiful summerdays.

Of course we also have thougt of your children: we do have some games for them which they can use.

The large parking place lies directly at the guesthouse. You can use the internal garage for storing your motorbike or bicycle (free of charge; on request)

 What do we offer?

We offer our guests possibilities of staying overnight at a favourable price in the Hunsrück. Be surprised of the environment, our service and our hospitality.

A (packed) lunch is also one of our possiblities we can offer (on request).

Gladly we consider your diet wish in the context of our possibilities. (only after previous arrangement possible)

You could buy your drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic)- at favourable prices -  in our breakfastroom.

If you wish we could organize a BBQ( for groups 8 persons or more; on request)

We can also pick you up at the railway station or at the airport of Frankfurt-Hahn (for a fee)

Dogs are also welcome at our house!

Haus Hochwaldhöhe is completely non-smoking.
